Use this tool to download statistical analysis for a specific experiment included in Expression Atlas. Please note that this process will delete all the files that have been already uploaded.
PATHWAY SEARCH TOOL
Use this tool to to find pathways of interest to be included in you analysis. Your search will be based on the selected database (). Write your pathway of interest to find the exact name as provided by the specific database.
GENE SEARCH TOOL
Use this tool to to find genes of interest to be included in you analysis. Your search will be based on the selected database (). Write your gene of interest to find the exact name as provided by the specific database.
Step 2: Create Pathway-Expression Networks
Make sure that all the required files have been uploaded and then press the green button to create the pathway expression network.
